Family Medicine

| PRIMECARE is a Family Medicine Practice. Long term care for families is our specialty. Yearly physicals, school exams, sports exams, well child care and gynecology services (including pap smears) are available. Chronic problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and skin problems are also treated. You are encouraged to make an appointment for treatment of any of these problems. |
Urgent Care |

Urgent or "walk-in" care is offered to our family practice patients and out of town visitors. Patients who walk in from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays are usually seen promptly, but patients with appointments do take preference. An appointment should be made for physicals and long term problems. |

Occupational Medicine |

| We perform Pre-Employment Physicals, Periodic Physicals and Drug Screens as well as treat on-the-job injuries. If you are an employer and would like more information, please contact our Administrator at 850-769-6612. |
Physical Exams |
|
It
may be necessary to have blood work drawn before your physical
exam. This will allow the provider time to check the results of
your lab work and discuss the findings with you on the day of
your exam. Please have lab work drawn one week before your scheduled
physical. You will need to fast (nothing to eat or drink except
water, diet soda or black coffee) for 10 hours before your lab
work is drawn.
